Here at Kings Park Clinic we love being able to accept new patients and are happy to announce that we currently have the availability to do so!

Please find our New Patient Information Form HERE ; which can be brought in or emailed prior to your first appointment.
New patients will require a longer consult time for their initial appointment and if you would like your medical notes transferred over from your previous clinic, please talk to our friendly reception staff.
If you are expecting a baby to join your family, please talk to your regular GP about them becoming a patient too.
New Patient Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, all new patients are required to pay a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your first consultation fee.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment and choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
